Steven Bassey is EC-Council Certified. Visiting/Research Scholar-Center for Cyberspace Studies Nasarawa State University-Keffi. Member Senate Committee Expert Group on Cybersecurity & ICT- & Sub Chair on Data Protection & Privacy Implementation.  Steven joined the intelligence organization in the US in 1992 and later moved to the private sector and garner over 30 years of extensive and varied hands-on experience in intelligence, technology, cyber forensic, risk & vulnerability management, forensic auditing and investigation, cyber diplomacy, environmental impact assessment and academia having variously attained various high-level positions in the US. Steven is the past Project/Tech Adviser to SSAP to President on Institutional Reforms Federal Ministry of Aviation In addition to his executive-level leadership experience in the industries, Steven has occupied board positions at numerous high profile companies, attended several certification courses and worked at Military Sealift Command Pacific (MSCPAC) US Navy Oakland California, Sigma Circuit (PCB Company) California, E-Tek Dynamic California, Williams Communication Solutions Houston Texas,  USA. Steven holds PhD in Computer Resources Information Management Systems & Philosophy (Cyber/Digital Forensic & Investigations) (USA), Combine Master’s Degree in Business Development & Information Technology (USA), & Bachelor of Science Degree- Accounting, and he is a member of many professional bodies in the USA and other countries with series of publications
