Professor Dandaura is the Executive Director, Institute of Strategic and Development Communication, Nasarawa State University, Keffi, Nigeria, a widely published scholar and fellow of many reputable professional bodies. Professor Dandaura has in the last three decades served as consultant to many projects under UNESCO, UNICEF, World Bank, AFREXIM Bank, European Union, and undertaken over thirty African Union missions contributing to the development of strategic continental instruments relevant to African educational, economic and cultural development. In 2009 he was lead consultant, British Council funded Pilot Mapping of Nigerian Creative Industries, inter alia. Dandaura is a professor of participatory communication and performance aesthetics whose current research interest is cyberethics, digital rights of citizens and perception studies.
