Kenneth Okereafor is a UNESCO-trained cyber threat mitigation specialist and the author of the world’s first book on "Cybersecurity in the COVID-19 Pandemic", recently launched in the UK. His book is ranked second in the European Parliament Library of selected Cybersecurity Books.

He is a Cybersecurity instructor on the ITU Academy’s global education programme, and has led more than 64 digital transformation projects and developed over 200 ICT security policies across 8 countries.

With a PhD in Cybersecurity from Azteca University Mexico and many global affiliations, he has been protecting Nigeria's Critical Digital Health Infrastructure from cyberattacks as Head of Cybersecurity at the National Health Insurance Authority (NHIA) where he leads enterprise digital security programmes since 2013, including vulnerability management and data protection. Kenneth is well-grounded in the theory and practice of Security Operations Centre (SOC) in industry, academia, and government.
