Dr. Habiba Musa is an Information and Communications Technology law expert. She has worked on several cyberlaw, electronic governance, legislation and regulation projects. Currently, she is the deputy director of the Centre for Cyberspace Studies, Nasarawa State University and lectures cyber law, policy and regulation. She is a senior lecturer in the Faculty of Law, Nasarawa State University, Keffi.
